Effects

• Splits all enemies in the room into 2 smaller versions of themselves with lower health.
  • If their health is low enough, they will die instead.

Notes

• The Meat Cleaver has special interactions when used on certain bosses or enemies.
  • If used against Loki, he will split into two Lokiis instead of splitting into 2 smaller versions.
  • If used against The Fallen during its first phase, it will split and instantly go into its second phase.
  • If used against Chub, she will instantly die. This may be referred to as cutting her three segments apart.
  • If used against a Mask + Heart, the mask will be destroyed, but the heart will be split. This can lead to a much easier time killing the heart, without needing to worry about the mask.
  • If used against Mom, the cleaver will do nothing on her. However, the enemies she spawns will be split. The same thing applies to every other major final boss fight aside from The Witness in his second phase.
  • If used against a Moter, Squirt, Big Spider, Mama Guts, or MemBrain, they will instantly split into two Attack Flies, two Dips, two Spiders, two Guts, and two Brains, respectively.
