Psy Fly is a passive item.
Beat Challenge 8: Isaac's Awakening (currently bugged, cannot be unlocked).

- Orbits Isaac and rushes into enemy shots, flinging them back at enemies as homing tears.
- If there are Attack Flies in the room, flies through them converting them into Blue Flies.
